Anybody know where I can order the sheet music (full band, score, and solo part) for Reed's Seascape? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Googling 'Alfred Reed Seascape Score' yields among the detritus:

Yeah, that's what I first stumbled across . . . seems a bit fishy so I'm hoping someone knows of a more reliable source. Hopefully it's not out of print, but the publishers that I've seen it listed under don't seem to carry it.
