Try taking it to a shop that repairs luggage. They'd probably know what to do.

Tubist of Time wrote:I have a hard case for my tuba that zips up. (side zip) Well, shortly after I bought it, one of the zippers became mis-aligned. Then, at tuba Christmas this year, I proceeded to rip the other one off all together. What can be done about this? Thanks in advance?
Contact the company. A few years ago I had some seams pull out on my Reunion Blues bag and I called them and they asked me to send it ot them to fix. They ended up selling me a new bag for $50. manufacturers will often try to accomodate you. Mine was a soft gig bag and was easier to ship than a hard case.
