Jupiter 582 pistons material

Post by P@rick »

The current Jupiter 582 has stainless steel pistons. I believe they were nickel before they changed to stainless steel, but I'm not sure. Anyone knows?
And when did they change to stainless steel?

Are the nickel valves from Jupiter bad enough to avoid having one with nickel valves?
