Tuba Guards, where is Douglas Olenik?

I have emailed and tried to get in touch with Douglas Olenik to purchase a few tuba guards. Has anyone heard from him or Olenik music?

I ordered one on May 2nd and never received the guard. Today I received a refund. So, who knows?
