I saw this on ebay and I was wondering from you professionals what key this tuba would be in. The seller doesn't know any info about it so I'm kinda in the dark. Thanks for helping!

Agreed. Eb. But... not for the same reason. Sometimes the perceived length of that 3rd wrap can be deceiving. However... the lack of a full 2nd wrap of the open bugle pretty much tells me this is an Eb horn at first glance.
