Mystery Mouthpiece

Post by Dan Schultz »

Is this an old Besson MP? It has a small shank and is a bit smaller than my normal tuba mouthpieces. Looks like it may be for an Eb tuba. It's pictured next to a Bach 7.

It looks like an old Kosicup.
I believe they had a Sally Ann connection (?)
Schmenge Kaiser EEb, 3 valve (two rotors, one piston), with a Kosicup mouthpiece (9.2 mm)

It looks like a Boosey Hawkes mouthpiece that I started on with a BH Eb Imperial back in the 80's
Cant carry a tune but I can carry a tuba.
