You can fix that by making the upper loop of the 1st valve circuit into a moveable slide, then trimming the lower tubes, both inner and outer, about 5/8 inch. I seem to remember the 30's 32K I used to own had a 24" bell like the 14K's do.
According to this brochure the 10K sports a 26" bell.
For what it's worth.
