While I admittedly am a Tuba player and not a(n) Euphonium player, I have heard an extensive amount of Euph repetoire and for starters the Cosma is both technically, and if done right musically, a beautiful piece. Another piece I think worth taking a look at is Philip Sparke's Fantasy.
