Does anybody know if the DVD of Roger is released in North America and if yes, where can we get it? Thanks

This is what I know:

It is listed in the Crystal Records Catalogue: Crystal Records. TUBA PROFONDO(DVD), PYCS-0606.

Crystal records can be found at:

CRYSTAL RECORDS
28818 NE Hancock Rd, Camas, WA 98607
phone: 360-834-7022; fax: 360-834-9680; email: info@crystalrecords.com" target="_blank" target="_blank

If they are not a source for the recording, I have no idea how you would find it except by downloading whatever is on from YouTube.

I hope this is helpful and not a repetition of what you already know.

What's on this DVD? Live performance? Archive footage? Biopic?

Thanks,

I just spoke with Roger and he said the DVD is available from Cherry Classics. http://www.cherry-classics.com" target="_blank
I believe I saw it listed under brass sheet music.

Gordon Cherry did sell the Bobo DVD, he was the distributor in North America. I bought them from him and talked to him a few days ago. The DVD currently is not available and he could not give a date that it will be available.

The second video sample on Youtube is very important. First look at Arnold Jacobs describing Paralysis by Analysis at http://www.windsongpress.com/video/para ... alysis.wmv" target="_blank

Next Roger Bobo at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NRQ3wRZ ... r_embedded#" target="_blank!

It is amazing how such a simple task can be made impossible!

That was the video that introduced me to the dvd, and made me want to find a copy of it. To bad its not available anymore. I shall have to try to find a used copy somewhere.
