After some quick research (correct me Bloke if I'm wrong) the serial states: Conn 1979 sousa, the 112th one built.
Sooooo, that is what I need to find a bell for. Thanks for any help you may be able to give!!!!
Looking for a miracle here. I have 'discovered' the bottom half of a fiberglass sousa in an old bass drum case in our attic here at the school. This is great, because we need another sousa badly. This bottom half plays great, but..... no bell. It appears to be a conn built bottom based on my eyes. The serial on the valves is GK900112. Any advice on where to begin looking for a suitable match?

FYI.... most Conn sousaphone bells, whether they be fiberglass or brass, will fit that horn... except for the 20K and 22K short-action ones and, of course... the 'jumbo' model. The very late model Conns will not work since they are really King sousas.
There aren't any cheap 36K sousaphone on Ebay at the moment but that might be your best best when something 'pops up'.
