Can't help with the question though his YouTube comments suggest it is available.
He does have a sweet tournister tuba in these videos

In his comments he says it's a Cerveny Bb tournister from 1900
Cant carry a tune but I can carry a tuba.

I cannot provide an English translation as Google by a default I haven’t found a way around yet translates to my own language.

Looks Google may find you a few different free sheets of this music.

If you search for the website in google using the link, you can then click on the translate this page link. The translation is odd, but understandable.
