Wow a thread just for me!
Those are no longer sold by Edwards (keeps people from using different part on their Edwards). I'm not sure if shires sells them or not but they do make them. Kanstul makes them for their removable valve sections on their tubas. I think they would be your best bet. Even if shires sells them they will be spendy. Kanstul will most likely be easier to get and cheaper.

I don’t remember how they looked or worked, but about 20 years ago I tried a Jupiter top piston light euphonium/wide baritone with mechanics allowing for the valve section to be removed.
