Kansas City TubaChristmas Video

Post by Frank Byrne »

We just finished TWO days of TubaChristmas in Kansas City, with a total of 605 performers over the two days. Huge success with good news coverage and a photo on the front page of today's Kansas City Star.

Our youngest performer was 11, the oldest 80, and we had players travel here from as far away as Sioux Falls, SD (a six hour drive) to participate. We had over 1,100 people in the audience each time and it was a great event. Here is a video created by the Kansas City Star and posted on their website about the event. http://videos.kansascity.com/vmix_hoste ... =156995681

Enjoy!

It appeared in the video that there were no sousaphones. Interesting.

Steve - we had remarkably few Sousaphones, and I agree quite unexpected for this event. We had a few more on day two.
