He can chime in for himself, but didn't "Bloke" say something about not taking on restoration work other than for himself or for instruments he has sold? Matt Walters -NJ (at Dillon Music), Dan Oberloh-WA, Lee Stofer-GA, and Robb Stewart-CA are all fine craftsmen who could do this for you. Just expect it to take some time, because their services are in demand and therefore they have a backlog of work.
