Hi - restoration project on the go in the UK. 4 valve Eb Sousaphone - 23.5" bell.
Bell is marked Lyons Monarch - and is now down to the polished raw brass.
The main body of the sousa is more of a problem - any ideas - I know that Eb Sousas are relatively rare but 4 valves?? Also any idea of the possible date.
More pics to follow once I regain the will to live with polishing etc
Identify this franken sousa - PLEASE

Valve section the same wrap as a Conn 28K. Hard to tell from photos, but the back bow of this one looks a bit leaner than the one of my 28K.
