While not composed for tuba and classical guitar, Panis Angelicus (Franck), Ave Maria (Bach/Gounod), and Psalm 15 (Benedetto Marcello) work quite well on classical guitar and F tuba.

Actually there is a ton of music for flute and guitar. If you read treble clef these would be fun to look into. I think it would make a great combination.
