Euphonium: Arpeggione Sonata, Franz Schubert. I'm an amateur, but it is a wonderful piece that is quite a challenge.

Concerto for the Double Bass by Capuzzi (the double bass version not the tuba version).
Lento by Paul Holmes
Waltz for Betz by James Grant
Arban, Bordogni, Tyrell ect....
