You can control what you say. You can't control what other people say about you, or what other people say you said, or especially what somebody says somebody else said you said.
If it were me, I'd delete and ignore. But, of course, it's not me . . .

People are just nuts.
I love the pseudo legalese where he tries to imply he has some type of valid contract without him putting up any actual consideration - which is an essential element for the formation of a contract.
Send him an old Besson ball buster from your parts drawer as a consolation for all his efforts and include a detailed drawing of where he should insert it.

Sounds like he thinks you torpedoed his deal and perhaps even thinks you bought the horn out from under him.bloke wrote:. . . the abrupt change of direction seems odd and perhaps more than a coincidence. . .Stopping this transaction has many repercussions for me. . .I would also like an explanation from Mr. Sellmansberger . . . If this transaction remains incomplete, I will feel responsible to inform others so that they will not find themselves in the situation I am now experiencing.

I am the seller who backed out of the deal in the above mentioned email. My apologies have gone out to the buyer. From my point of view, it may not have been the best idea to back put of the deal. I did so for very personal reasons that I will not post on tubenet.
If anyone is to blame In This situation it is clearly myself. Threatening to tarnish a neutral business persons reputation is ridiculous. The business in question was never involved in any way with this transaction. Further, I regret that he may have lost business even from the above person because of my decision.
That being said, my reputation was threatened because of the sale. From this point I have decided not to transact through a public forum.
