Never understood that phrase "Received in damaged condition". It's like telling It's not their responsibility, they use some kind of a middleman but no one knows who he/she is. If they would post that sticker when package dropped off then it would make sense.

That sticker is put on by the post office at the receiving end, when they get something like that. Yes they are saying it was a mess before they got it. It's not the sending end that puts that sticker on.
