Tuba ID assistance

I took the following pictures of one of my Southern Winds section mate's tuba. There aren't any engravings and the only number visible is on the thumb ring (6-680). Is this a member the B & S family? Weighs about 16-18 pounds and has two-piece bell.

This horn belongs to Jerome Kimble and he sends his greetings to you (if you remember him). He's stuck a Marzan recording bell on it.
