Jim Laabs has this horn for about 1,600. It looks to be a copy of a Yamaha YCB-621.

If you're worried about tuning issues, I wouldn't jump on this one right away. Only a few JinBao models have proven themselves to have workable intonation so far and this isn't one of them. Wessex and Mack tend to be more selective on what models they stock compared to Laabs, so that could be a potential red flag that neither of them have chosen to stock it but who knows.
I have no personal experience with one so I'd wait to hear from someone who has played one (if there is anyone). It could be a great clone, or a real stinker. Don't make a decision until you know for sure which it is.

Very, very bad, nearly unusable imitation of the Cerveny "Piglet." (To call it a clone would be to give it too much credit.) As it comes it cannot be played in tune with itself. At least that was my experience. I paid about $500 for a used M&M branded one once in order to stick my toe in the CC water. Got that back out of it, and came out okay, but I wouldn't risk it again!

It plays so low that you can't hear it. I think they may have meant to say pedal, but who knows.

As it is at present Wessex see the small CC of limited use, but we have some exciting development plans in progress. Watch out for announcements in the coming few months...

The only Werils of this ilk that I tried were atrocious from the standpoint of intonation. Very uneven scale. Whereas all the Yamahas were pretty good, some excellent. I've never tried any of either that I KNEW to have been made in China, nor any of similar design bearing Chinese brands. Just my 2 cents, limited sample.

I purchased a Holton (Yamaha 321 BBb clone) last year. I have been playing it daily ever since. It is a good solid horn that fits my needs. The quality of the build is not perfect however it does what I ask of it and it was built in China. For the price I paid, I certainly am getting my money's worth. The horn is not a Hirsbrunner and I am not Roger Bobo so it is a good match.

I did buy one of these for testing purposes and they played great, no intonations issues at all and it has the great Yamaha low register

There are two reasons I am not carrying it in my my lineup and that is due to the fack that there is very limited demand for this model and Labbs price is not much over cost. For me to carry them they would sell at a min of 1695.00. Not sure how they can sell at this price with their overhead but it has kept me out of marketing them. Believe it or not these cost as much as the JinBao 410 CC to give you an idea.

Again, these are great horns and I would not hesitate on getting one
