The way the 4th valve tubing comes all the way around, it looks like it could be BBb.

I see your point: the 4th valve circuit is lower compared to the top bow. Could be a cut-to-CC.

Could it be a sharp fourth? I've heard York made some like that (1+4 replaces normal 2+4,...).

Edit- nothing looks shorter on his horn compared to Ian's picture.
