Dynasty USA Tuba

3/4 size looks like an M845 but not convertible. Did DEG build these or stenciled Jupiter as someone suggested?
American sailboats, airplanes, banjos, guitars and flutes ...
Italian motorcycles and cars ...
German cameras and tubas ...

Dynasty is stenciled everything.

Could be Weril. I know that Weril was making a good bit of stuff for Dynasty.
