Perhaps this demo has already happened, if not perhaps you could have somebody film it with their phone and then post it on youtube for folks not at the conference to view in the future.bloke wrote:...if several people would like to watch all at one time
I'm willing to demonstrate how to measure and determine how thick the washers should be 1/ underneath the valve caps and 2/ underneath the finger buttons of a piston tuba. This does NOT require expensive tools (a $7 eBay digital read-out calipers from China, and a measuring gadget that you can order from Ferreestools.com)...so - in the future - YOU can TELL me (or anyone else) what thicknesses you need, rather than asking if I KNOW what thicknesses you need. I'll also explain (no-brainer) when you should use the more dense washers, and when you should use the more quiet (softer) washers.

I'm offering to teach something of value for *free...particularly if a bunch of people organize and "gang up on me" all at once.

*yeah...as long as at least one person needs to *buy* a $20 set of washers.

As a California resident, I will NOT be attending the conference, but am VERY interested in what
