Does anybody have a good recording of Frackenpohl's Concertino for tuba?

My assignment is to find a recording of this AND know who the player is

Do a google search on both of the names at bottom of the recording cover. In would bet that one of them is the conductor and the other is the soloist.

I have performed this piece several times over the years. The link you provided is a real good ineterpretation of the piece.
