I just followed this guide when I did it to a piggy.

Are you planning on only switching out the bearings and connexions? or the stop arms too?

I've not seen any specs on the balls and sockets on the DuBro connectors.... only the thread sizes. Your best bet is to replace the complete connector assembly.

That being said... I've found the ones with 4-40 threads to be the most universal.

If the ball and socket connectors were installed by the factory, would you consider having them replaced with factory parts? Might be easier that way.
