I have played a 3 piston 1 hagmann valve bass herald trumpet before. Made by smith & Watkins. Pretty good horn.

Alexander and miraphone both make bass trumpets with 4 valves. The Alex is available in b flat or c, or in c with a set of b flat slides.

A three valve bass trumpet is heavy and the entire weight is hand-held in front of the player. A fourth valve with about 3 extra feet of tubing makes it even more difficult to support.
