From what I researched the last time this question came around - the only tuba player in the cast was this young woman.
According to imdb: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm5221246/ it was Joelle Kupin who also played the part of Bonnie the Saloon Singer in another episode. She didn't get a name as the tuba player in the that episode.

A lot closer to being "correct" than most TV/film productions would bother to do! This is an Eb that is listed as being from 1865 to 1875 (no idea if that is accurate or not.)
