Just an ignant high school student here, but I do believe it's called "Prelude".

There is an arrangement of the VW for wind band by Denis Wick that titles the first movement "Prelude"; it was published by him in 1998.

The movement is generally entitled "I. Allegro Moderato".

Every time I've seen this done on a program its just the Allegro Moderato.

There was a graduate dissertation that rehashed this work by Mike Fischer or Foster - I can't remember.

Google dissertation publishing services and then reference Vaughan Williams and see what it hits.

I would make sure that I spelled his name correctly before giving the lecture/demonstration.
