contemporary pieces

Post by one.kidney »

What are some of the most contemporary, avant-garde, obscure, weird, etc. pieces of music written with the tuba in the score? I know of a few, such as one Stockhausen piece titled, "Set sail for the Sun". Any others?

Ha yeah six-pack! Fun piece. I've tried some of it, and the endurance to play some parts is rough, ex. Mvt. 4.
