F tuba
So if i am planning on purchasing an F tuba at ITEC, and will be there in touch with the dealer about buying one, how long would it take for say, a Meinl Weston or Miraphone to usually be shipped?

Re: F tuba
Most any Miraphone can be built to order in 60 days or less. MW/B&S/etc can take many months to arrive in the US. At ITEC, if you like a tuba shown there by a dealer, you can likely buy it on the spot and take it home right then, or they will ship it to you. Miraphone won't sell any of their display tubas, but they will refer you to a stocking dealer who might have one.

To the OP: If you want a nice tuba, you can do a lot better than a John Packer.

I'm looking into either the JBL Classic, Firebird, Petrushka, MW Kodak or 45-SLP. Money isn't really an issue.Ferguson wrote:To the OP: If you want a nice tuba, you can do a lot better than a John Packer.
