Fifth Rotary Valve for MW Travel Tuba

I received this flyer from Klingspor Brass Instruments in Germany showing a fifth rotary valve that appears to plug into a Meinl Weston model 14 travel tuba.

Does the advertiser get extra credit for using the word "pimp" in their ad?
