DW Wireless Tuner Q

For anyone with experience with the wireless pickup and tuner Denis Wick makes, have you had any problems with using a Korg tuner? I have not been able to figure out what isn't working and I've made sure to pair the transmitter and receiver. I've tried using a Korg TM-40 and Korg CA-1, but neither of them pick up anything.

Well I tried using it away from my phone. No difference.
