M&M tubas site?

I can't seem to or even fgo toind the M&M tubas website. Any ideas/

Also known as Summer Arts Sessions International. Don't know what happened to them.

Tuba M&M has been reorganized , They are now direct factory customer sales , for several brands
New Web site will be up by first of the year

What does "direct factory customer sales" mean? Just curious.
