Hello, I have seen previous threads about the Jupiter C tuba from around 2009 but nothing recently. I might have over looked any new ones.
Anyways, what are ya'll thoughts on this horn? I have never seen, played, or know anyone around this area of WV that plays Jupiter horns unless its a student model for beginning band. Not looking to but one just curious about it as I have seen them on Ebay a lot and never experienced the Jupiter brand myself.

Seems like a weird market for Jupiter, but their horns have improved a lot I think from the 20th Century. I have a couple of their sousaphones at school that are about 10-years old and they have held up really well. No valve problems at all.

I new prototype model CC passed through the shop less than a year ago. It played quite nice. I made several notes on what I would change about the design(mostly bracing and slide layout issues). The owner of said horn said the factory was *extremely* open to input and that the notes would be passed along.
I suspect we will see a VERY good new model Jupiter CC soon enough.
