Hi everyone! I'm visiting my friend in Brooklyn until the 14th. I've got my ophicleide with me, but not my tuba. So if anyone wants to meet up, play some music and what not (or just try an ophicleide!), let me know.
I've got my mouthpieces with me, so I could play along, provided you have a spare tuba.
Nick
PS: I wasn't sure where to post this, which is why I posted it in two forums. Sorry for the double posting. I really want to meet some tuba/ophicleide players out here!

Re: Tuba/Ophicleide player in NYC until Sept. 14
Cool!
Come by my Sunday brass Meetup in Bushwick (north Brooklyn) Sept 10.
There's usually 10-12 brass (plus sax & drum) players. We meet in the park and play some diverse charts ranging from trad to soul to modern & weird.
It's a great time and usually beer involved.
PM me for details!
