I associate "True Tone" with Buescher but I don't know if that applies here. A photo showing the entire instrument would be helpful.

The first picture is an very old logo from a german company. Kühnl und Hoyer. Famous trumpets and trombones.

Yes. They still use the triangle logo. The squiggle in OP's photo seems to be a treble clef, which is similarly retained today.
