Jupiter SSH-596 Sousaphone

Hi there!

We just inherited a Jupiter SSH-596 Sousaphone. It's in pretty great condition - a little tarnished in areas, but nothing terrible.

I was hoping my son who plays the saxophone would take an interest in it. He's not interested - it's just too awkward for him.

It's such a beautiful instrument, however it's just going to take up space.

Any idea of what it may be worth if we were to put it up for sale? My son would rather purchase a saxophone of his own.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
