What's under the covering? I've had the covered and uncovered versions, and it seems like the ones with a covering usually have a few twisted steel wires, as opposed to the spring type of construction used on the uncovered versions.
I picked up the Yamaha "Low Brass Care" set a week or so ago, and that has a more rigid type vinyl coated snake, along with a valve casing brush, mouthpiece brush, etc.
I will have to look into the super slick one though, as I am going to be ordering a new mouthpiece from the hornguys soon.

Thank you for this, my old one has seen better days and the brushes are definitely narrower. This would suit the bill perfectly.

How is it in terms of flexibility? The Vinyl coated one I have currently is horribly rigid and I hate using it.
