GONE WITH THE WIND brass quintet?

A fellow tubist and friend of mine is looking for Max Steiner's GONE WITH THE WIND - a suite arranged for brass quintet, Paperback – 1989. Apparently it's out of print. My friend is the music librarian at a well-respected university and has been trying to find the music through inter library loan, but without success. Anybody know where a copy can be found?
