Looking for composer information- Beltran

Hi All,

I have some students who are performing a joint junior recital (trombone, euphonium). They're playing a duet that's credited to a person called Beltran. The book doesn't give any additional information on them. The piece is called "Allegro Agitato." Any clue who this might be? Googling hasn't yielded anything insightful for me. I'll try to get the book info from my student but this is what I have as of now.
