Just to share: back on stage again, part of the RCO Amsterdam. For those who love baroque: special guests Ton Koopman as a conductor and rising star Lucie Horsch on recorder. Music starts at about min. 12.

Hubert, thanks for posting that concert. It is outstanding. I like everyone's performance in that group, especially the oboes and bassoons. The three percussionists (two field drums and timpani) play with regal authority and appear to be performing on historical replicas (?)

Ace, I feel Tom Koopman, as a world renowned expert of ancient music, perhaps would have preferred a performance on historical instruments. But that is not the "piece of cake" of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. But, at least the historical percussion instruments give an extra bit of that ancient touch.
Best,
Hubert
