Where is this quote from?

I play with a community band that plays monthly concerts, and every concert the section leader prints up the part assignments (how plays the solo lines, who plays the cues, etc.), and at the bottom of the page he usually puts a picture. Recently, one was a quote from Arnold Jacobs found on social media:
“When I go on stage to perform I do not think in terms of body measurements. I have two tubas - one in the head and one in the hand. The one in the head is all sound and that’s the one I work with. The one in the hand is a mirror image of my thought and I let it be the mirror - in order to have it that way I have to give it something to reflect.”
I’ve tried to look online but I can not verify this quote, which is a shame. Can anyone verify where this quote comes from?
