Rex Conner Mouthpiece - Any Details?

Post by DFTopping »

I am curious about a Rex Conner (University of Kentucky) mouthpiece I purchased at the National Music Camp at Interlochen, MI in the late 1970’s.

Does anyone know the cup diameter, throat bore, or other important measures of this mouthpiece? Thank you!
While I still play, I am retired and looking to sell/dispose of some of the artifacts of my youth. I'd love to be able to describe this accurately in order to sell it. See the attached photo.

Background: From 1977-1980, I attended Interlochen, first as a Michigan “All-State” student and later as a NMC High School Camper. I had the honor of studying with Rex Conner. Mr. Conner recommended I use “his” special mouthpiece that he had custom made. Conveniently, copies were available in the camp music store. Well, of course, my teenage self complied and I bought one. I, later, had it gold plated and all these years later, still have it. There are no markings on it.

Thanks
