Could this be the "out of metropolis" area you are looking to relocate to? I would really like to be able to roll a visit to your shop into the GABBF (brass band festival) trip each year. There is also a reasonable market for "things Celtic" that I believe the missus is into.

Well... Evansville, Indiana is only about 100 miles from the southwest corner of your square. We're REALLY friendly in these parts... but there sure aren't many professional tuba players :shock:
