Trombone Bits??

Post by Dan Schultz »

I'm looking for bits for an old (I think it's Barcone) soprano sousaphone. The mouthpiece is the same shank as a tenor trombone. Repair guys... any ideas of where to get bits (or make them from)?

Bloke... have you ever seen/owned one of these things?

The ones I'm looking for take a tenor trombone shank. I think the fellow who was asking my about them for his horn already has the neck.

....... but I might be interested in buying your 'goofy little goosenecks' just to see what the heck they are.
