Mack Brass?

Post by burningchrome »

Anyone know if Mack Brass is still a thing? They haven't answered my emails, but I love my BBb TU210.

I’ve had the same issue. I sent them two emails and never heard anything back.

In my experience, Tom has never been great with email. I'd try calling them. Their phone number is on the website.

I am interested as well. I know other people have had success in reaching Tom. Curious about what's going on there.

In my experience, Tom was better to get a hold of on the phone after a bunch of tries and talking to his wife extensively.

I spoke with Tom a couple of days ago. Indeed, they are having trouble with email. Calling is best.

I communicate with Tom´s wife Jody Fracasso McGrady via FB Messenger. That should be quick.

To second other peoples advice, Tom is better to speak with on the phone than via email. Great guy to talk to, but I had a similiar issue emailing him when I bought my 410 from him a few years ago.

I also emailed them a couple of times to ask about replacement valve guides and felts on an older Mack Brass euph and didn't hear anything back. Will try calling!
