Metronomes

Post by CrappyEuph »

Can anyone give me their opinions on the Boss DB88 vs. the Boss DB90 metronomes? I've never seen a DB90, and I'm curious to see if anyone thinks it's better than the DB88 (which many people have.)

Thanks,
Jamie

4 months late, but I thought I'd give a reply...

The new Dr. Beat is nice, but not worth the money in my opinion if you can get one of the old ones. It basically adds different metronome sounds, and a wheel to be able to select tempos easier. Other than that, not too much has changed.

I actually bought one, then returned it when I saw that the music store up here had an older Dr. Beat for 50 less....

The wheel is "retro" from an older version. Many people complained when the wheel disappeared from the Dr. Beat.
Wait, you mean metronomes existed before I was playing music? :P
