Wasn't the theme just flight of the bumblebee? If you look under that name there are a number of arrangements for tuba available.

As he said, only small parts of it are actually the Flight theme.

I was able to figure a good deal of it out by playing along with the Kill Bill soundtrack, but I wouldn't really know what to do about the backup parts. Maybe contact you could look through the liner notes of a recording of it and try to find a distributor you could ask about the arrangement.
