Werden Charms Brass accomp
Has anyone played, bought used the Werden arrangement of All those endearing young charms for brass ensemble/brass band accomp? It comes with solo/duet part as the arrangement. I have had nothing but problems with this. first, it was sent without trombone and tuba parts. the score has so many errors in it, like missing measures and pages out of order or missing, and the parts are printed wrong. Any one else have a similar experience? or did i get a lemon?

Dear Tony,
I am guessing you have an older version. There were ton of errors in it. A few months back I spent an entire weekend working through and redoing the entire chart. Correcting all of the mistakes: Note errors, missing measures, worng parts, etc.
A sample .pdf and an .mp3 of the new version can be found here:

Please contact me off the list and I will get a new version out to you right away. With some luck, it will arrive before the weekend.
After purchasing Cimarron Music Press in December of 2004, we quickly decided that everything in the catalog had to be re-engraved. Yes everything. This is app. 1000 pieces. There were more errors than I care to even think about. Since we have owned the comapny we have re-engraved app. 300 of the pieces equalling about 6000 pages of music. At the Tuba Conference in DC, we will have many of the newly engraved pieces. On the website, you will see new .pdf's of some of the pieces we have completed. There are many more, but I have not found the time to upload them yet. Hopefully soon. Right now I plug away in Finale most of the day!!
If anyone is at the conference, please stop in and say hello.
